It's the receptionist that make this practice basically unusable, from thier attitude,to the constant eye rolls. Like they think thier better than everyone else . And have no compassion for anyone but themselves. It can take up to 4 or 5 hrs waiting for prerecorded nonsense which goes on for another 2 to3 mins before you get through ,just for them to tell you sorry try again tomorrow at 8.30 am . . In short the staff are useless , can't do anything correctly. And make it thier life's mission to stop you from actually speaking to someone who know wtf thier talking about .

This Medical Practice has no experience involving this issue above , my mum has past on the 14th july 2022 with pure not face to face help with this total disturb type of illness not only she suffers but family members do aswell , so i can just say avoid the Medical Practice if you can get second opinion if its there to use ,there always better Surgeries around same area that will treat you the respect and your illness
